2204 build using rocker switches

I'm having trouble with a build and I have a feeling it's the wiring of the rocker switches. I'm basically using the ceriatone wiring except substituting the rocker for the toggle.

I have the 4 lug rocker switches. The top lugs are closer to the bottom of the chassis. The bottom left has the 120v lead(blue) and the middle has the connection going to the IEC/mains fuse holder. Any ideas? It looks like I'm not getting enough power to turn on the light and I'm thinking I'm not getting any power at all.

The light is 120v. But it needs a neutral connection on the other side of the switch to make the light operate. The current wiring is used on toggles because there is no light to illuminate.
