Randall RD1H Diavlo volume and LED drop

First of all let me apologize if I am posting in the wrong place. I have a bizarre situation where I lose all volume and LEDs when playing even if there is no input connected the LEDs will drop out usually this corresponds with volume dropping out. I've been through all the tubes replace them with factory spec. Looked at all the chassis wiring, verified no loose connectors and verified grounds are tight. The LED bar is its own PCB along the underside of the chassis and it plugs in to the main PCB I tried unplugging the LEDs and playing and I would still get the dropout. I know this is going to be bad news and it's probably going to be the board would anybody here have any other ideas? I can still use it through the effects return all day long and use it as just the power section. Right when I log in today the first thing that popped up was a discussion of Randall amplifiers not being what they used to be lol! The main PCB is an RD5, I'm assuming they use the same one for the one Watt and 5 Watt. I thought maybe all this fancy LED wiring could be picking up interference from the high voltage cn13 on the main board is where the lights plug in and it's tied up tight to cn17 the gray wire which I'm not sure what that is. I was just about to send this out to AMM in Chicago to get the tone stack mod but if this amp is shot I guess I just step up to the RD5H for more headroom. Any help or thoughts would be appreciated!
