FS7 Question

I have the FS7 version that works with D-Moll (3 channels, Midcut, Master 2, Loop and Mute buttons).

If I were to buy a Paul (I did), will the same FS7 work?

I realize the labels are different but would the "Midcut" button just control Reverb instead if plugged into a Paul?

By the way...super excited for my Paul to arrive!
