VH4 / RFX 128 = perfect

For those who search a cheapo footcontroller, the RFX is simply perfect : small, inexpensive (I got mine used for 80 €) and immediatly usable with phantom power. It took me 30 seconds to set the four channels of my VH4 : select a program on the RFX, select a channel/options manually on the amp, store it and that's it. Who said midi was tricky ? Sure, I didn't hook up an Eventide...

Cool. Used Nobels MF1 and MF2 also do run flawlessly with the VH4 and Herbert.

Still jealous of your Colombus
Just kidding I'm satisfied with the ENGL Z-12 (the only ENGL I ever had LMAO).

I finally hooked up my little TC M300 and after a few hours make them all communicate (the RFX wasn't properly set up to pilot the M300). Midi makes the VH4 so easy to use it's a breeze now. Too bad the M300 cuts the sound when you change the program.
Peter, you're really a clever designer.
