the new name of diezel amps "D-moll"....probing

hi everybody

for the moment D-moll is an prototype, but do you thing this name is not the better for this amp????

maybe try to help peter to find an other name....for me it's a new einstein...

I find it great that fans of diezel helps to find a more fun name
the best name for this amplifier would be "the albert" or just "Albert" :lol: :LOL: :D

What about Bohr?
for one, he was the greatest "competition" to Einstein, and had a great vision for the future, especially Quantum Mechanics. Bohren means also to "perforate" or to "drill", which is exactly what a Diezel amp does!!!

Diezel Heisenberg! The name of the founder of the uncertainty principle in quantum mechanics. Applies perfectly after all one is always uncertain about which Diezel amp to buy because they're all great. :)

What about Higgs? The name of the subatomic particle that everyone is trying to find since the 1960's.

Also appropriate:
- Feynman
- Lorentz
- Maxwell

after we have SEVERAL name as researcher Oppenheimer, Bohr, Heisenberg
I think we need to stay on his ideas revolving around science and especially in relation to Einstein. For me it is an evolution:

- Quantum is not bad
- Doppler can be
- higs
- electron

I hope both peter see this topic for advice on the issue

I'm thinking names that resonate with power. Prussian history is a great source on iconic names, IMO. (FWIW, No slight or disrespect to historic figures intended.)

Blücher; as in Gebhard Leberecht von Blücher, Fürst von Wahlstatt; a Prussian Generalfeldmarschall.

nothin' wrong with...... nerds !!

without them we wouldn't have the internet , microsoft, apple iphones, E=mc2 , this could be a big list but you get the idea :lol: :LOL:
