Diezel FS7-HE Footswitch available in the USA?

I'd love to find a Diezel FS7-HE Footswitch to use with my Herbert but can't find one anywhere in the US. Is there a reason why no one carries these in the US? Are most, if not all, Diezel owners simply using standard midi footcontrollers? The Tech 21 Midi Moose looks ok and I assume would be perfectly compatible, but I'd love to have a Diezel foot switch.

And for those using standard midi controllers with your Herberts, which one's have you found to work best?

I used the Midi Moose and it works just fine. That said, there are a couple of negatives - I don't think it's very sturdy so it may not hold up very well if you play out a lot. It's also relatively large. Given those two issues I now use a One Control Gecko http://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/GeckoMidiSw/.
