D-Moll Too Much Bass?

Could try getting the cab off the floor to see if that cuts the low end for you. Otherwise, if you're happy running the bass lower... just run the bass lower? Or run a high-pass filter on the track. I've had a few VH4s and an SLO, and the Soldano just doesn't have anywhere near the low end of the Diezel. Not that it makes one better or worse than the other, it's just how they have been tuned to perform.

I just realized it may not have been mentioned here- have you tried a TS type clean boost? I hit my D-Moll with a BB+ set to near 0 gain to tighten it up, then the low end resonance and Bass becomes so much more controlled and powerful. I think that may work well for your riffage (cool tune)
