My Herbert stopped switching channels before the Holidays. The communication back and forth with the Diezel family was fantastic. My problem was narrowed down to the chip and two capacitors. I would have gladly paid for the replacement parts, but they didn't even ask. Once the parts arrived, I was able to get my Herbert back up and running.
