New recording - all pure hard rock Diezel VH4 fury!

Hey all,

My band just posted up a new song - it's called Electrify.

I recorded this tune with my Diezel Vh4 w/ 2x12 RL Cab, and with a PRS McCartey and Modern Eagle 2.

I was originally going to use a Marshall for this track, but I found I was able to dial in a great 80's hard rock tone...with more balls.

Awesome tone, but mix lacks a bit of bass i think, and also guitars are placed more to the left which i am not sure is best, but thats just my opinion

Thanks for the compliment! The guitars do tend towards the left a little bit, we'll fix that before we print to CD. We're happy with the bass level, though.

+2 dB more upper midrange and bass on the guitars and
you are fine. Maybe the complete mix needs bottom end.
But great tune and song

I went back into the studio and added some upper midrange - sounds great! Reworking the mix a bit too for some more lows/bass. I appreciate your input! (as well as the others )
