Cabinet and Ohm question

So, I have a dumb question. trying to connect 2 8 ohm cabinets to my 2007 VH4 and Im not sure what / how to do it. I know that the cabinet ohms need to be at or higher than the impedance output on the amplifier but the labeling on the back of the VH4 is a bit confusing. Any help would be much appreciated!!

It´s not confusing.

There is print under the 4 ohm jacks.

Connect your two 8 ohm speakers to both 4 ohm
speaker outputs.

Confusing? How? It even says around the speaker jacks on what to do.

Anyway..... You have a total of a 4ohm load. So... plug each cab into each of the two 4ohm jacks on the back of the amp. That is why it says "2x8ohm" between the two 4ohm jacks.

So I guess I should have said "I" found it a bit confusing. It says "1 by 4" and "2 by 8". I wanted to be sure that they were both 4 ohm jacks. Now I know.

Really didn't want to blow the amp so I thought I would be sure.

Thanks for the help.
