Turning on the amp (lights) & blowing fuse question for VH4

Hi guys,

I know this is normal, how when you turn on the Power switch on the VH4, all the lights in the front light and up and then shut off and one light stays on for a specific channel. One thing that I saw today was that after I turn the Standby switch, all the lights still stay on and then they shut off except for one light on one channel. I don't think I've seen it do this before. Is this normal? I remember that after I switched the Standby swithc, just one light on a channel would be lit and thats it. Another thing, I just retubed my VH4 (Power and preamp tubes) and I biased the amp at 67 ma which is in between the good range for my EL34BHT tubes and at one point, my guitar started sounding funny. I look at the back of the amp and 2 fuse lights were glowing blue. They were blown which I thought was weird since I just changed the tubes last week. I put in 2 new fuses, turned the amp back on and then everything was fine. Is it possible I just had 2 bad fuses?
