Volume drop with my D-mill

So I just got the FS7HE for my D-moll and I was at practice yesterday and I kept getting a drop in volume for no reason. I don't know if it was because I had an overdrive on or not but it happend about 10 times. I was able to recreate it twice by turning my OD on and off but other times it would happen when I changed from Channel 1 to 2. Anyone else have this problem? I just had the amp check out by Tim Schroeder and it received a clean bill of health do I dont know what the problem is.
