Herbert making a popping sound when switching to clean chanl

I had emailed the links on the Diezel website to contact but no reply, I am now getting a loud pop when switching amplifier from ch 2 or 3 to ch 1. It is doing this with my Axess FX1 midi pedalboard and also when midi pedalboard is not attached to amp, it is happening when using front panel toggle switches. Could this be a preamp tube issue? Amp sounds great otherwise Thanks for any advise you can give
