I was thinking about the Fokker, but now I've seen Peter S play the Paul.
I'm looking for this kind of dark, fat fusion lead sound without harshness and upper mids that cut your brain in half.

My 6505 can do something similar but only when turned up VERY loud. If running at low volume, it's much to fizzy, like a swarm of mosquitos.
I need an amp that can do that in a home recording environment. The Diezels that I played were much fatter and darker than a 6505.
Paul or Fokker?
