Compensated out on Einstein not outputting signal

I have Einstein 2x12 combo. I am trying various direct recording methods. First I tried using the compensated out direct to my mixer. But no signal. The amp is working fine, as when I turn up master channel there is amp output. Just nothing coming out of compensated out. Also tried using the sends to go direct to mixer, but again no signal. Just not sure what is going on. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this?

Any ideas?

Check which kind of output you get from the Amp and to which kind of input you are connecting it in your mixer. It can be a balanced-unbalanced mismatch kind of issue.
