VH4 Re-Bias Help

HI,

Never biased an amp by myself. One of my KT77 has become faulty I think so I switched them out for a quad of EL34 that I had spare. They don't sound great & aren't very warm. Just purchased a matched pair of KT77 to pair up with the working pair I own & figure I need to re-bias the amp.

Can anyone point me to a dummies guide to doing this myself? Looks to be an easier task on some of the other Diezels with the external bias points. Any help appreciated, to save me taking it to a tech.

You'll need a multimeter minimum.
I use a bias probe as well, but it's not needed.
You need to be careful while your inside the amp.
