I've got a D-Moll and an Orange Rockerverb 100 MKIII. I'm curious about getting a VH4 but they're quite thin on the ground when it comes to finding them used. So I'm thinking maybe I could get by with the VH4 pedal into the front-end of my Orange.

Anyone done this? How does it sound?

Put it through the dmoll clean channel. It will Sound much more authentic.
I had that exact setup a while back, it was very cool

The D-Moll lives at the practice room and at home I have the Orange, so I wouldn't be using the VH4 pedal with the D-Moll pretty much ever. Kind of no need to!!

As peter said, use the pedal as a preamp into effect loop return.

Something went wrong. I ordered a VH4 pedal, but this turned up instead. ;)
