Doesn't seem like a problem but want to double check... when the VH4 starts up, is it supposed to constantly flash all buttons until you select a channel? Equally, are you supposed to deactivate the send 2, mute, and channel insert buttons every time you power it up? Or is this some kind of internal battery that needs replacing?

All lights up when starting is normal but it
should return to the last status.
