As of today, Monday January 25th, 2010, Diezel GmbH has
terminated the operations of Diezel USA and the relationship of Mr. Terry
Hicks. All inquiries regarding sales, service or any other requests should
be directed to Diezel GmbH. Please notify us if you have any pending
transactions with Diezel USA, if your account has recently been charged by
Diezel USA, or if you have any other questions regarding how this
organizational change may affect you.
