Those who run off phantom power like the Rolls MP80, Midi Buddy, Nobels MF1, MF2, and some others including Columbus.
(not sure about the midi mouse)
Engl Midipedals can run off PP too, but you need to resolder the midi jack of the VH4 for that.

Been using the Midi Moose for a while, works great, simple, runs off phantom power form the VH4, about £120
