Robert or "Bobby", great cat to do business with. Exceptional communication, awesome packing, dead honest about the product, and kept me informed 100% of the way - even went out and bought an extra long cable after asking what length I wanted.... Not a huge ticket item, but USD$500 is USD$500 and once your finger lifts off the "send" button on PayPal GIFT, you always kinda sit back and wonder "hmmmmmmmm.... 
Maybe...maybe not...hopefully maybe...but I just don't know".
Whatever, I got such a good vibe from this cat I didn't even pester him for updates - they just came as he deemed appropriate and he was 100% rock solid.
