Brian is a class act... As many of you know he and I traded my PRS for his Friedman JJ100... long story short, I had sold three things at once, had to jet to Dallas for work and had my 18 year bear the responsibility of simply shipping three boxes. not only did he take two extra days, he shipped the wrong boxes to the wrong guys so a friend who was supposed to get a guitar case got a kick ass PRS and poor ole Brian got the guitar case 
I emailed him this morning and he was SUPER COOL about it. He and I have traded in the past for some very rare one of a kind guitars and whatnot so he knew it was not intentional. the PRS is in route back to me which will then be shipped to him.. I am going to pack a couple of cool items to boot for his understanding
I think when people communicate mistake rather that blow them off, 99% of the time, things work out for the best. I'd trade with him any day and most likely will trade again with him in the near future
