Fortin Evil Pumpkin 7 string clip

i think that may be my favorite fortin clip yet. :rock: most have left me a bit unimpressed mostly due to playing or music style and perhaps the way the amps were dialed in, not so much the amps/mods themselves or anything like that. plus it's one of the better 7 string clips i've heard in a LONG while too. i'm so sick of typical djent style tone that's used when there's a 7 string, 8 string or lower tuned 6 string guitar.

Yeah, my 7 is tuned normal BEADGBE not down to Z flat or some crazy shit. The riff I wrote for this clip starts out in F# and is based on the E string so it's not just all low and chuggy. I tried to be a bit different with this one. The "verse" riff drops down to B and is a pretty cool riff, not sure if anyone can hear it with the melody on top of it. It's kind of a diminished thing which I think is pretty cool. :thumbsup:

I love that hot rodded Marshall sound. Among the best tones out there for me.
