made in USA Kramer pacer classic. Any info???

I'm looking at trading for a Kramer Pacer Classic that was apparently made in the USA before the import classic series started coming over. Has Grover tuners, original Floyd Rose and dimarzio pickups and a figure neck It looks very legit, but I wasn't able to look real hard. It is supposed to have been made in the Gibson factory but I haven't been able to look. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! JoeV

Yes there were reissues built in Tennessee in 2008. I was able to buy a bare unfinished body like the one pictured here- http://www.vintagekramer.com/company72.htm. The company who was contracted to cut the bodies were selling some off at one point. I built it with a Jamerson birdseye maple neck and it is one of the best sounding guitars I have ever played.
