So Im pretty much torn between the Butterslax and the Bogner Helios. The Helios would cover the vintage and hard rock tones better, but the Butterslax would obviously be better suited for Metallica, Mastodon and more brutal stuff.
The questions are: how is the Butterslax for the hard rock type of thing? Can it do convincing Scorpions (Rock you like a hurricane) or stuff like that? How is it for (liquid) leads?
Also, how is it at bedroom levels? I heard the new Andertons video Sound like Mastodon and they said that with the master barely up is already friggin loud.
