Sounds great! Can you talk about the difference in feel between the different bypass caps. I think I like the no cap tone but that might change depending on whether the dummy jack was in or not. They were all good.

0.022/820R is loose and gainy to my ears.
820R/no cap is tighter and focused.
0.047/820R is grainy and looser than no cap (tighter than the .022), but has a deeper bottom end and the highs are a bit smoother.

Overall, I think I like it better with no cap. Although, I think if you tweaked the resistor value a bit you could get some interesting tones as well. You could also try the typical 0.68uF/820R pair.

What do you have for cathode bypass setup on V1a and V1b? I'm working on a build right now that calls for .68/820 in all three positions. But I might try 2K7/.68 in V1a and b, along with a 330k or 390k V1a plate load (100k v1b) and stick with 820R/.68 in V2.
