Nice Blast from the Post HC past...Hard Core that is

I don't know if Helmet is Post Hard Core or whatever the fuck you call it but I just remember it rockin' my socks and this 80's metal and thrash kid was smitten.
Love when there's footage of a band in their Prime. When their still on fire and hungry. A few years later on all the festival footage video's you can see the tiredness and the grind of success...lol

I still remember the Meantime displays in Newbury Comics in Boston. It was a golden time for a shift in new music. Within one year had Meantime, Vulgar Display of Power, End of Silence, the first Rage album and Chaos AD. Or was chaos AD a little later? It's a shame the 90's didn't have the legs of the 80's. I didn't enjoy much after '95.

One of my top 5 favorite bands ever! Total Page Hamilton fan boy too. Used to have 2 of the PH sigs that ESP made and a VHT ultralead. Holy tone!!
