This is a Marshall 2103 from 1979. It was a combo from the beginning but someone put the amp in an old Marshall headshell at some point.
It had some smaller modifications done to it.
The whole preamp is removed and a board for the tube buffered effects loop is installed.
The new preamp begins to take shape!

I've rebuilt the whole preamp section and made some changes to the power amp and the power supply. This amp has dual footswitchable gain and volume controls + a footswitchable gain boost. So you can reach four different levels of gain using the footswitch. Each gain control has their own fat/normal/bright-switch. This amp also has a three-way bass-boost switch for extra bottom end, a three-way mid-boost switch for cutting thru the mix better and a punch-control. It has a tube buffered effects loop as well.
