Ibanez RG550 Genesis reissues...

So we did a quick video at work for the new RG550s ;

This was filmed going into a Suhr PT100 Head ( Channel 2 from memory ) and then through Universal Audio OX Top Box, set to a greenback loaded 4x12.

Ibanez have really nailed these reissues in terms of feel and build quality! The colours are also dead on! Not really an Ibanez fan but I’m digging these!

I have a 20th anny 550 and damn, they are absolutely high quality. I think are the same minus the back plate with the 25th logo.

I have always been a sucker for maple necked RG's.

Any comments on the fit/finish and fretwork? I am thinking of selling my maple necked Prestige for one of these...

In true “Japanese” Ibanez style, the fretwork is exemplary!
