Which do you prefer and why?
Major tone differences?
features?

Im eyeing up a QuickRod and dont know much about em..help me out!

I think the Diezel guys will say Diezel, and the Splawn guys will say Splawn. It's hard not to bias your decision. I'm a Diezel guy, but would tell you if you're looking for an exact Marshall tone; plexi, overdriven, modded, etc..., I'd get the QR. That's what it was designed to be, a better Marshall. If you'd like a Marshall tone, but with a slightly tighter feel and modern tone potential, get the Einstein.

the qr will sound more agressive, less saturated, and brighter sounding, and more like a pissed off marshall but with more gain and lows.

agreed. I owned both (at the same time) and much preferred the QR. The Einstein was very loose on the bottom end and has that unique diezel voicing that's not for everyone...
