30 years ago today we were deprived of what could have been.
From a guy that already gave us soo much in music.
We are all students in comparison to John Lennon.
Dime also was another great guy that did not deserve his fate .
Both of these guys left us due to cruel, selfish, cowardly acts,
carried out by people these guys only tried to help.
Through their music, and their efforts away from those spot lights and stages,
how ever large or small,
these two human beings gave us what they could,
while they were alive.
Ironically they both left us with contributions,
in the arts that Live, exist as current useful,
and never out dated pieces of music.
Works from souls of the enlightened. we are so very fortunate to have their accomplishments at our disposal for our own use ....
And maybe we can gain, each in our own way,
just a small bit of their love through their works.
If only just for once we would be blessed,
to know the messages they gave.
With everything they had,
their hearts, their souls, yes even their lives.
