My Smallbox Head Cabinet Distorting on Base! Fragile wood?

Hey, guys.

I'm kind of confused.
I'm pretty sure my cabinet head is distorting. Something like it can't handle the weight of the electric part inside.

I noticed that today, when I got my new 2x12" cabinet and took some pics for posting online. When I was looking at the pictures I realized the base of the head cabinet was distorted and at first I thought it was some kind of lens/camera effect/distortion. But looking closer, I found out the head base was really curved down.

Take a look and tell me what you guys think.

Can it damage the amp? Should I worry?
I bought it in May/2015.

And I'm worried because I'm VERY careful with my equipment.

watch out the mids might be auto-scooping due the warp..
