AMAZING response from David F for Runt 50 issue

A quick note to mention that I emailed David Friedman last night just before midnight with a couple issues with my recently received new-to-me Runt 50; microphonic power tubes, and the taper on clean channel volume pot and the master volume for the drive channel.

David responded in literally minutes, with all the info I asked for.

So quickly it was mind blowing.

Friedman Amps FTW!!!!

Dave has always been very helpful when I've had questions and when I sent my DS in for some updates he worked on it himself and had it back to me quickly. Awesome customer service!
