Runt 50 Mods?

Curious if anyone out there has had Dave perform mods to a Runt 50 head?

Specifically, I have read where Dave says he can add the SAT switch to the Runt 50. Has anyone done this? If so, how close does it bring the amp to a "50 watt" BE-100? I'm trying to decide whether or not to "sell the Farm" and buy a BE-100 or, keep my Runt 50 and have it modded.

I played a Runt 50 recently for the first time and wow! I came across it in a GC in Denver when I was traveling and they also had a Runt 20 (Very cool also!) and a DS 40. The DS 40 was just oozing tone I sat on that thing for about an hour and a half and had so much fun.

Have you by chance played a BE-100 also?

If so, how do the two compare??

Nope. Just got lucky passing through Denver and stopping at one of the GC's on a whim. I bet the BE-100 is sick though.
