I've read that Dave likes Hardwire delays. I have a question

I threw together a simple lightweight evh50w and a 2x12 to play smaller shows. The problem I'm having is that I'm getting a significant volume drop (and tone suck) when the FX loop button on the foot switch is 'on'. I've tested the loop on the amp with a jumper and it's fine..no drop in volume

All I have is two Hardwire delays in the loop and an ISP Decimator.

Am I going to have to find some new delay pedals?? That would really suck because these sound so good. I just need a solution.

Never have seen that.. Try 1 delay in the loop. They are true bypass so it could be a cabling thing..

Thanks Dave, I'll try that. I build my cables using mogami cable and those little pancake connectors that I saw you were using at the time.

Sounds like a bad cable to me.
