Yep. Only 212 I know that can keep speed with most any other 412. Crazy good design.jamme61":1z77njq3 said:Split it with one v30 and a 12h best of both worlds IMHO. nothing new, people have been doing this for years- because it works. Amazing how my eq settings changed- less mids, a little more highs needed - very happy speakers are big - worm hole alert
One other thingy this OS2x12 is a great sounding cab - I have many Marshall- thd- pine cabs, Mesa-and this one kills them all - be aware it's big and heavy but it sounds fantastic
Nope - the "OS" stands for Over Sized in the case of the 212s. They have a lesser popular smaller 212 too - and the open back/closed back is something that's either hardbuilt or optional with removable panels model dependent.ToneSeeker1969":ad2ii2yh said:Are there 2 different size open back 2x12 Bogner cabs? I thought that they were the same size with different backs....the 212C and 212O...or does the "s" at the the end of the part number mean small? I've also seen part numbers with a "p"... guessing it stands for ported? Not sure.
