December 2015 based on the serial number that can be seen in the pics

...actually December 2005. ;)

I thought they didn't switch to numbers until 2006. Is the power cord hard wired in? Can't tell. I know my old 06 model it was permanently attached. There should be a sticker with the date on the transformer.

Probably right though since it doesn't have that silly tolex they were doing in 2015.

It's actually a 2015. Bogner didn't go to a removable power chord until 2006....nor did they have the comet tolex in 2005.

I think it's 2005 because the 173 is the production number since they changed to the number system from the old symbols (my 2016 is in the thousands). Plus it doesn't have comet tolex. But the issue with the attached power is weird too - as I had the same thought. Best to look at the dates on the transformers.

No. It's a 2005. Built in December 2005. If it was 2015 it would have a 4 digit serial number like 1251XXX in the low 1000 range to high 900 range... where the 125[1XXX] bracketed # is the actual serial #... and 125 is the build date (month & year). This Uber has no comet tolex. Easily confirmed... just call Bogner with the serial # and ask. They are cool peeps. I've owned a bunch of these as well as many other Bogners.
