Alright I know I'm not the only one here who made him an offer 
Originally had it listed at $2575 or best offer + $80 shipping. So 1 other offer had been submitted and I offered $2475 figuring the 1st guy offered even less so maybe he gives it to me, Wrong 20 minutes later changes it to $2800 free shipping and sends me a counter offer at that amount and gives me this line:
Hey Steve - surprisingly I've already had 2 offers exceeding my asking price, however if you were still interested for $2800 in total, it's yours.

This head has been on Ebay so many times... with and without the Neil Schon badge on the front ...
Personally, I would not go near it.
Get a new one... or newer, the non master rhythm channel on those, was almost useless for me...

I did not give a rats ass about the Neil Schon part but was letting gas get the best of me and it had a loop loop...should of known to ask questions about it here first. Oh well looks like it's gone now anyway! Greazygeo's old youtube clips of his 90's metal sound so good.
