Problem with my Torpedo Live. Help Please.

Hey. Today I received my Torpedo Live. I have started to test it with my Rectifier and after a while, you started to connect and disconnect. It Has Been very hot and I saw That the fan does not work. I guess the fan should run when you turn on the Torpedo. I am very worried. thanks
