Torpedo Remote Question

Hi all,

just got my new Torpedo Live ... it's an amazing unit!
Unfortunately I'm struggling with the Remote Software.

I've installed in on my MAC (10.6.8, Intel) and the installation worked well. Did the fist update (2.1.4)... everything is fine.

First I was able to chose a view (XL) - but now it doesn't work anymore.
Remote is starting up - the connection to the Live is working but I only see the small black window with the menu (if I chose any View it is not reacting in any way...

I also tried it on my Windows machine (win 7) - same result.

Any input is appreciated!

I already solved the issue - it was a bad usb cable (I did not use the original one....)

Everything works fine!

We found that some poorly designed USB cable may cause some unexpected issues. The one we give with the unit complies with the quality standards we have for our product, use it. ;)
