Problem with Torpedo Remote

Hi there,

i've a problem with Torpedo Remote 2.1.6 software.
It connects and disconnects all the time, working with it is nearly impossible :(
Any tips how to fix this issue?
I'm using a MacBook Pro Mid 2010 with Mountain Lion 10.8.2 connected to my VB-101 directly via USB.
I've tried it with an active USB Hub without any improvements.

did you update to the lastest remote version?

By the way, we do not support Mountain Lion and still are working on it.

yes, i updated to 2.1.8 five minutes ago.
It's still the same :(

Just to tell you a little more: there is no specific driver for the TORPEDO product, which is a good thing, especially on Windows. But as we use a standard protocol (called HID) we depend on the OS. Apple LOVE to re-write the HID layer on almost every release of Mac OS and every time it's the same, the first version is bugged to death, then we have to wait that they stabilize their driver... I know it is not your problem as a customer, but this is the way it works...

Hi,

I decided one hour ago to remove the Torpedo Remote completely from my system and reinstall it.
After I've done so, everything workes fine now for the last hour :)

If the old behaviour occurs again, I'll get in touch with you again.

Hi there,

after updating to the latest version 2.1.12 of Torpedo Remote via the integrated update of Torpedo Remote the problem occured again :(
But this time a clean reinstall of 2.1.8 didn't help :( :(

What else could i do?

That's strange, the change in this new version concerned the VM-202.
Send us a mail at "support@two-notes.com" ?
