All these cabs are captured by great microphones (Royer R-121, Neumann U87, Mojave MA-201, TUL G12, AKG C414, Shure SM57, Shure SM7b, Sennheiser MD421) and great preamps (Neve 1073, API 512C, Chandler Little devil)
High converters and really great acoustic room in one of the best recording studio in Belgium.

You can buy them on the Two Notes store now for WOS III and for Two Notes Hardware soon.

Just giving some props to the brownyback. It has been my favorite cab since downloading it. Was it captured differently than others or something? There's something about this cab.

Same here. I love this cab, it sounds soooo great with my EVH 5150 III and the JVM 410H

You mean, in comparison with the other TN cabinets or the Noise Factory ones?
All of them, or at least all the ones I've tried. It has a certain crackle and depth that I hear from a real miced speaker that I just haven't gotten from other IRs. 3rd party as well. Why? I have no idea.

Thanks for your comment Rogue!
I have captured this cab.
You are right, 3rd party IR's like Ownhammer are too scooped or thin sounding.
I really think that these IR's like the Brownyback sound like a real speaker!
The EVH cab sounds really good because of LOTS of playing, it's well broken in ;)
This cab is used a lot by the studio with a lot of Metal bands playing loud !!
So speakers are really sweet sounding.
Preamp choice is also important (NEVE and API are FAT sounding)

More to come...

Hi, I just picked up the Two Rock cab with Scumbacks, great cab!

It sounds wonderful with my ODS Skyliner EQ'd tube preamp, especially when rocking it with the Mid-Boost on.

Thank you Noise Factory!
