Torpedo Live Mic problem

My mic placement keeps switching itself from front of cab to the back. It does it intermittently when I am playing, one second sounds killer the next not so much. I have to manually click it back to the front, it seems to happen on multiple presets that do have the mic position saved to the front of the cab. Any idea what is causing it? My unit is up to date.
 
Is the USB connected when this occurs? Is the unit is edit mode? Do you have anything connect to the midi input? Also I'd recommend submitting a service ticket at the 2N helpdesk
 
This is actually a known issue. We are about to release an update of the Torpedo Remote which should correct this ;)
 
Thanks for the reply. When I click check for updates I get a no update found msg. What should I be trying to download from the site? I only see a user manual and presets for the Torpedo Live. I am still having the problem of the mic switching from front to back on its own.
