Hi, I have a CAB. I just bought the cabinet "Browny back" from your store. I got the email with the license...now what? Every time I launch the Remote, I don't see the new cab.

You should find the new cabinet in the Memory Manager. There, you can download it into the CAB.
 
Hmm...I tried that last night. I'll look again when I get home. What version of Remote do I need to be running?

Yeah its not there. Why doesn't your company just send the IR like everyone else?? This is silly.
 
Hello Eric,

Remote automatically downloads the files, that are not IRs. When the process works as expected, you don't even receive anything (by email), it's a matter of minute(s).

if there is a malfunction somewhere, (the server, the network...) I apologize, and usually that kind of issue can be resolved.

Please send a ticket to the Help Desk and someone will specifically find a solution for you.
