I was having problems getting the latest version of Torpedo Remote to work with my Mac, so I decided to go back to the old version. When I loaded remote, it told me a firmware update was required, so I updated the firmware and rebooted. Upon restarting on the device, the screen immediately went into to a "dim like" state and displayed "corrupted". Please see attached image for evidence (the screen appears very dim compared to the way the photo came out). Any ideas/suggestions on how to address this (if at all) before I contact the company directly? Thanks.
