Two Notes Torpedo Live - System Error 67.0 - Help

I just purchased a Two Notes Torpedo Live plugged it in and attempting to update firmware based on the updates prompt and I received a System Error 67.0 on the screen on the device. It now won't connect via USB and there is nothing in the manual that indicates how to reset the device from the front panel. I haven't even been able to use it yet and it is locked.

Anyone know what to do?

I have submitted a ticket to support but haven't heard anything back yet. This is a pretty frustrating first experience with the product.

You experienced a rare memory corruption issue while updating, the workaround is not hard to follow if you take the time to read it carefully.

The issue has been resolved with the resolution provided by Two Notes.
