Torpedo CAB and Ownhammer IR's

How do you set Torpedo parameters to work with these IR's ? I found that presence and depth sound best at 50% and the only poweramp that works is KT88 (6L6 is too boomy, EL34 too thin and EL84 too honky; this is my experience also with the stock cabs). As for the EQ, I didn't do much, except cut 1-2 db here and there. I play metal, using an Uberschall pedal, boosted by a Maxon OD-9. What's your experience ?

If you want my opinion, you should set presence and depth after you choose the tubes. If you find the 6L6 to be too boom at 50/50 on pres and Depth, that means that your Ubershall must output a LOT of bass, maybe you could try lowering them on the pedal and see if that works better that way.

I myself use a lot the 6L6 especially for clean tones, with Pres/depth close to maximum. With metal rhythm tones, well, you have my presets...

by the way I don't know when you get your C.A.B., but we uploaded some new presets you can find on the Two Notes website.
