Selling Torpedo Live and upgrade to Studio

I would like to sell my Torpedo to help fund a Studio. I want to make sure this is a seamless process for the person who purchases my Live, and I have a few questions:

Do I need to deactivate my license or just share my license number with the buyer?

Is there anything else I need to do or share with the buyer before I ship the Torpedo?

The rest is more practical : use the original packaging and foam packing if you have it, or ship in a proper cardboard, with enough protection.
