Please help... torpedo live with system error 152.1

I recently got torpedo live and like it very much.
The problem is
My current firmware is 3.04. Now my torpedo live's display says "System Error 152.1" and doesn't work. The remote software also keeps displaying "waiting for connection..." I think maybe my operation has something related to the error. I tried to save a third party ir to the arcade bank. And when I selected the program, the machine started freezing.
I contacted two notes support just now, but I'd be happy if someone who had the same problem knows how to do...
