Torpedo Remote download keeps stalling after 15-20% - help!

really frustrated as got my torpedo live and want to get the software downloaded but the download stalls every time after about 7.6MB

help pls?

i have raised a ticket but no joy..
 
I got my live and downloaded remote about a month ago and it took about 6 and a half hours to download. I thought it was stuck but it was just super slow

so I gave up and left it overnight and it was doen in the moring .

my conenction was fine so I'm guessing its 2 notes hosting thats slow
 
I had an issue last night as well when I was trying to preview a couple of cabs before buying. They must be having some server issues.
 
still driving me insane!

does it every time at about 7.6/7.7 MB downloaded..!

most annoying thing is I can't utilise this thing as i'd like..

c'mon Two Notes sort it out pls!!!

we use several could services that say everything is OK, obviously it's not, we are investigating these issues.

How does that direct link work?

Mac:

Could you please tell me your country of residence (if you are not using a VPN or other service that would let our servers think you come form another country than your country of residence)?

UK

No VPN etc just my regular home broadband connection.

aren't this just for VM202 only?

tried the link you pasted but same result... gets so far and then fails / network connection drops...

my connection although not fast is stable and runs / downloads other things ok.
 
Well both links work perfectly here. Just to be sure did you try with another web browser? Sometimes the cache system keeps downloading over and over the same faulty file.

i'll upload everything on a rapidshare or whatever thing I can find to unlock your situation, we'll have to see with our various Cloud and server providers to understand what is happening next week.

tried it on both my Mac and windows laptop.

Still keeps stalling and failing...

Tried the user manual download simply as a test and that was fine.

Very frustrated at the moment as really want to use this software!

Tested here in SF CA USA via Comcast Cable via Vista Biz (LOL!) and Firefox, failed too.

I've already downloaded it long ago, so it worked previously etc.
